If my file is too large to email, how do I get it to you?

The largest file that we can receive safely via email is 8MB.

For larger files, use an ftp server to upload your finished artwork, for example, www.yousendit.com or your own ftp server and provide us with the login details.

Should my file be RGB or CMYK?

Please download our file specification sheet. This includes all the requirements for a print-ready file along with size and bleed information etc.

RGB colour spaces are only used for artwork that is to be used on a screen, for example, web graphics or television.

All files requiring printing need to be setup as CMYK, however, if you are printing in one or two colours only, please setup your artwork to print in one or two Pantone®/spot colours.
