Pre-press

Our pre-press and production staff are equipped with comprehensive tools and pre-press knowledge to ensure accurate, high quality printing. We check all artwork for any factors that will affect the print quality. If your artwork is not print ready, we will either adjust at our end if possible or notify you if you're required to resubmit.

Further pre-press information

If supplying print ready art please read and adhere to our print specifications. This will avoid delays and or prepress fees.
Small changes: If there is a 15 minute or less change that is needed before proceeding to print, there will be no charge.
Additional changes: You will be contacted and given the option of resubmitting your artwork and or quoted on the required changes needed to prepare your files for printing. Delays at this point will effect our quote and print turnaround schedule.
Our pre-press rate is $60 per hour, billed in 15 minute increments, first 15 minutes no charge.

Further proofing and approving information

If Sydney Posters is making changes to artwork, we will email PDF, low-resolution proofs for viewing. Any further changes or approval must be emailed back to us.
Sending proofs of print ready artwork is not necessary, however we would be happy to send PDF proofs on request.
