Our pole poster distribution runs take place every weekend. Our runs are databased and checked daily to ensure accountable and effective placement. Midweek patch-up runs are completed Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

As Sydney's largest service provider we concern ourselves with more than just placing posters, we are proactive in removing out of date posters and any indiscriminately placed signage. We ensure that as a valued customer, your poster is seen and always comes out on top. By maintaining cleanliness and order, we limit potential council and other bureaucratic concerns. Sydney Posters understand the pitfalls and will advise you accordingly.

Our pole poster distribution service includes:

Strategic run planning, implemented by experienced and trained staff.
Communicative, striking and straightforward artwork. Ask our prepress department to create your pole poster.
Daily run checks for street presence, ensuring accountable distribution.
Daily maintainence consisting of patching up and removing untidy and expired pole posters.
Reports emailed or faxed each Monday after the run has been completed.

Further information

Regular Pole Poster distribution takes place every weekend. The time and day of placement varies depending on many factors.
Midweek patch-up runs are completed Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
Posters can be distributed outside regular areas, however surcharges may apply and locations may be limited. Please inquire.
We will attempt to accommodate all placement request, however distribution is subject to change without notice.
A surcharge may be incurred if your posters are not of standard dimensions or paper weight.
We do everything fair and reasonable to shield our clients from legal threats and fines (generally from over zealous Councils), but we remain contractors acting under instruction.
Posters being printed elsewhere must be delivered to our office before 4pm Friday. Runs may be missed if posters arrive after this time.
A detailed and comprehensive distribution report with additional photographs will incur a surcharge, please inquire for further details. If you require sample distribution photos of your displayed promotional material, please request when placing your order.
