How much will it cost to distribute my posters and flyers?

What if I have specific requirements outside of your regular service?

We can tailor a special run designed to target your specific requirements, we suggest 50 posters and 2000 flyers charged at $330 per day. A special run guarantees specific placement and includes a comprehensive and detailed report including photos and analysis. Special runs are also suited to last minute campaigns. How many posters and flyers should I distribute?

For a sustained campaign we suggest six weeks lead time, 600 posters and 25,000 flyers, brochures or postcards. Our minimum distribution quantity is 50 posters and 2000 flyers, brochures or postcards. Flyers, brochures and postcards are generally delivered in pre-bundled lots of 30, this equates to 33 drops per 1000 or approximately $2.00 per location.

How long will my posters stay up?

Displayed material generally has a life span of one to three weeks. Several factors will assist your promotion, our graphic design team can assist you to create an aesthetic and functional design.

To ensure a sustained, comprehensive profile we recommend commencing distribution up to two months in advance down to a two week minimum, depending upon the size of your campaign.

Complementary passes or special offers can dramatically benefit your promotion. Store and cafe owners meet many people every day so why not get them talking about your next event. All complementary passes are distributed accountably and are definitely appreciated by store owners and their staff. Stores appreciate posters, flyers, magazines and brochures for their cultural and visual appeal. Note that some store owners will select what they want displayed.

Do you Recycle?

Sydney Posters is committed to recycling 100% of all flyers and posters at the end of an event. Our team of distributors take great care to ensure that your event or brand's reputation is not damaged by becoming litter after the show is over. Weekly runs ensure that all displays are tidy and expired material is recycled quickly.

When is your booking deadline?

The deadline for bookings is 2pm Friday for distribution commencing the following week. Please ensure all materials are delivered by close of business Friday, to:

Distribution takes place between Monday and Friday. During peak periods quantity limits may apply and bookings are required early to ensure successful and effective distribution.
